Villa Lavanda is located in Kandija bay, in front of the sea, in middle of pine trees and other Mediterranean vegetation. An unpaved road in length of aprox. 1 km lead from the small sports airport Lošinj to the Kandija bay. The place is very quiet, there are just about 20 houses in Kandija, the nearest restaurants and a grocery shop are in the nearby settlement Artatore. The beach in Kandija bay (80 m from the house) is mostly rocky, with some small pebble parts. There are beautiful pebble and sandy beaches in the nearby Zabodaski bay, just 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes walking. Because of the sandy sea bottom, the sea in Kandija has a fabulous turquoise blue colour. There is also a small mole to moor the small boats. 

Royal suite is situated on the 1. Floor. It is spacious (76 m2) and with lot of bright, all windows and the glass wall in the living room overlooking the sea and the pine trees. The view from the balcony is beautiful - it is possible to see Artatore bay and the town of Mali Lošinj.
